Title: variable Transfer Time

Hi all,
i use for make reports a ССPulse 7.2.
I dont find in Template Wizard a variable,
define а [b]Transfer Time[/b].

??? Transfer time? You mean the time took a call to be transfered after the consult? Wouldn't it be the consult talk time?

From my experience. Tranfer Time nerver seen in statistic parameter. We used Total number for count the number of transfer made or taken ,Otherwise you can used Constult Time to keep the report by time.

[Consult_Time_Made]
Category=TotalTime
Description=Total number of consult voice interactions in which this resource was the initiating party.
MainMask=CallConsultOriginated
Objects=Agent, Place, GroupAgents, GroupPlaces
Subject=DNAction

[Consult_Time_Taken]
Category=TotalTime
Description=Total amount of time this resource spent on consult calls which he received.
MainMask=CallConsultReceived
Objects=Agent, Place, GroupAgents, GroupPlaces
Subject=DNAction

Or anyone have any further information please share with me.
