Hi
I am working on a design for a CIM integration with SAP. My client uses analogue phones off a Siemens Realitis within areas of their call centre. They have been told by someone at Siemens that you cannot control the Off Hook / On Hook status of the phone, but I believe they can do this using a softphone / starter app.
Has anyone done this, or have any thoughts?

What version of T-Server is your client running? In 7.5, T-Server emulates off-hook and on-hook conditions.
