Title: GPlus SAP workmode

Hi guys,
I have installed and configured my first GPlus for SAP and was easy. However I have some concerns on SAP side...not my job but found it very "funny". When customer calls agent receives the call, press a button and answers it, however in the middel of while ringing and piking up he has to press enter key like 2 times to trigger customer info, no real popup...is this supposed to work in this way? What happens if I enable auto answer for the agents...no chance to have customer info inmediatly...
Do you guys have a similar installation and want to verify if this is the only work mode or tell SAP people to focus on some configuration?

Hi Cav,

I would say there is something wrong on SAP side as it should work in "standard" way - agent gets pop-up while call is ringing or established (depends on configuration).

What version of SAP are you talking?

Thanks. I don't know their SAP version exactly. Will ask, however the fact that you know that a true popup must be is good :)
