I've been tearing my hair out over this one. We have GVPs and T-Servers at two sites. At the inactive site, I'm readying everything to go into production. When I place a call to one of the GVPs there, it answers, and 15 seconds later hangs up. This worked a few weeks ago, and I haven't changed anything. I thought the problem was the PBX, but the telecom people swear up and down that they haven't made any changes, either. I'm about to start reading the logs, but that's always time-consuming.

Hi
To make a simple call flow for 15 seconds to play audio then you call test ?
Does VCS(IPCS) get http, \\dids\*****.xml or \\application\***\start.asp?

Hi Marc,
It's hard to say where the issue could be without any knowledge about your voice application. I would say that fastest way will be checking PopGateway log. If you need help just post it here ;)

I should have got back to this and cleared this up sooner.
The problem was that the telecom people had changed the PBX.
The extension numbers assigned to the GVPs were different.
Therefore, since I hadn't changed Genesys configuration, the T-Servers were monitoring now-nonexistent extensions, instead of the actual extensions.
When I modified the configuration in the CME, the problem cleared up.

Was ready to answer this when I saw that you posted the answer.
Did you give them a good slap and demand payment in amber alcoholic fluid for your trouble? :)>
Of course they originally stated that "nothing has changed!" The old style telecom people don't seem to notate their MACs. When I managed a large group 15 years ago, I fired the entire telecom staff of eight people in less than six months for not documenting MACs. Brought in a new crew and told them what my "death penalty" was, and VOILA! everything documented in excruciating detail.
