Title: IRD Monitoring View, Message Server Error

Hi Guys....

Iam having a problem in IRD Monitoring View, even though all the servers are up, its showing the error as

Status : Message Server Error
Details : Client lost connection to message server
Action : Run/Restart message server

Even after restarting the URS & Message Server same error persists again...

Plzz could any one help to come out this situation....
by the way framwork is 7.6

probably communication issue? check if host and port where message server resides is availble from pc where you start IRd from (since you seem to be able to connect to the rest of genesys servers probably TCP-port is the issue).
and do you use a dedicated message server for strategy monitoring?

Hi,

Can you verify in Configuration Manager that both IRD and URS have a connection to the same MessageServer?

Maybe you have the same problem as I had:

Just have a closer look to the newest ReleaseNotes of IRD 7.6.
It had something to do with the order of the IRD-Connections in CME (If the DAP was added before the MessageServer was than the result might be a connection problem).

Fixed in IRD-Release 7.6.100.07.
