Does anyone know ho to plug the VoIP environment (DMX, SM, SMCP_TServer) with the AgentStart source that comes with the Internet Contact Center ?

Hi,
The simplest way is to configure regular voice DNs (extensions/positions) for VoIP Option and don't use voip dn (this will disable Net Meeting part of Universal Desktop).
