Hi,
we can't say anything from it, you need to post the confserv log file and the version you are running.
-
hi ,
we dont have any information for that particular period.
it was only mentioned that config backup has taken over the main server.
version : 6.5
operating system : windows 2000

Is there a noc file in the application folder?

Maybe this will help, found it on Genesys support website.

Worked for several months. User is logged onto CME when crashing. Problem happening for the last 3 weeks. Unable to determine what changed.
Error: "The instruction at "0x5f401a8e" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be "written"."
Error2: "The instruction at "0x00000000" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read"."

So check the version of CME your clients are using.
