You can find a lot of info on Genesys Support site and in Revgen. Of course only if you have access.
SIP Server is a TServer which in one way talks "Genesys" and in the other SIP instead of CSTA for example.

Revgen is the old Genesys site for product information etc for sales and VARS.
Xchange is the new site called.

You need a Genesys login to access the site

http://revgen.genesyslab.com
EDIT: Hmm. Didn't notice when it happened, but seems to have been completely replaced now by xchange.  I thought it used to be that both sites existed while xchange slowly replaced revgen. Looks like that's happened now. Even if you go to http://www.genesyslab.com/revgen you get eventually redirected to xchange.
