Title: Call Presentation Tone

Hi.

I am helping a company with a Genesys (v7.6) integration to Siemens ISDX's and HiPath.

When a call is presented to an agent, do you know whether the Siemens will provide a call presentation tone to the agent, or whether we need to provide a call whisper via Genesys?
