Getting the following in popgateway. can't find anything about it anywhere
NETWORK_ERROR : Error Code:80042EF0

Can you check the traffic between the webserver and the vcs machines to see if there are any network issues? More detailed logs would be good to see, and a more detailed explanation of the problem it is causing.
Is there a URL specified in something like ErrorURL parameter in the log file...? If so, can you reach it correctly if you paste it into a browser?

Can you post the whole line which shows Network Error? Any issues with the IVR at your site?
