Has any one worked on Genesys 7.6 Intergation with Alcatel ACD A4400 / OXE?

I have couple of questions on the same...

Would like to know Alcatel and Genesys integration with RSI (Routing Service Intelligence) or CSTA link.

Please list out the difference and advantage of RSI over CSTA Link
