We have found the following defect with outbound suite campaign manager:
1.Campaign Manager places a call via SDialer.
2.After voice detection, call is placed in an ACD queue.
3.Calls Answered stat will be increased by one.
4.Calls arrives to a busy ACD.
Looking at the stats reveals that this cal;l was counted not once, but twice. This behavior can be reproduced with CCP 5.1.037 and earlier in our centre. Is it the same problem at other sites as well?

This is a known problem with the current CCP. From what I understand, there was not fix for it yet. <FONT COLOR="red">If I am wrong, please correct me</FONT>
One of the reports here actually talks about this bug. Have a look.
If there is some way of working around this particular problem, I, myself, would like to know it as well!
