Title: CCP DoubleCount Bug

We have found the following defect with outbound suite campaign manager: 1.Campaign Manager places a call via SDialer. 2.After voice detection, call is placed in an ACD queue. 3.Calls Answered stat will be increased by one. 4.Calls arrives to a busy ACD. Looking at the stats reveals that this cal;l was counted not once, but twice. This behavior can be reproduced with CCP 5.1.037 and earlier in our centre. This is a known problem with the current CCP. From what I understand, there was not fix for it yet. <FONT COLOR="red">If I am wrong, please correct me</FONT>

One of the reports here actually talks about this bug. Have a look.
If there is some way of working around this particular problem, I, myself, would like to know it as well!
