Hi guys.
It should be a very easy question and it seems to be a mess.
I use ICON 7.6.
I want to get the agent target of a VQ.
A joint between G_VIRTUAL_QUEUE table and G_CALL table does not provide the result as I can have the same callid associated to many targets (when routing on no answer for example).
I tried a joint between G_VIRTUAL_QUEUE and G_PARTY (using callid and targetdn). But it does not work, when using multisite routing, targetdn is filled with the number of the ERP...) instead of the endpoint of the target.
I am afraid I will have to do some PLSQL and compare the timestamps.
Or I will use statserver tables.
I wondered how Genesys did handle this in Infomart.
Any idea is welcome!
