We are looking for a strong candidate with solid call center experience with Genesys CTI and IVR . You will be analyzing the client's various regional call center infrastructure. Based on this, you will build a road map to consolidate these various call centers into one main CC infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role.

Requirements:

* 8 or more years overall experience.
* Strong experience with Genesys CTI and IVR.
* Strong strategic planning skills to develop architecture.
* Hands- on architect who "lives and breaths" Call Center Technology.
