Title: How read tserver logs!!

Hi,
i'm trying to understand how to read a 7.6 tserver log. I don't know the mean of theese terms:

[gctm]
[asai]
[gctmi]
[tsgctm]
[<<]
[>>]

Anybody can help me?

[<<] is an event from the switch to T-server
[>>] is an event T-server to switch

try to get Kazimir tool from your genesys people... will save lot of time.

Vivek is right about Kazimir, it will save you a lot of time in the long term. If you have access to the Genesys Support site Knowledge Base you can download it yourself.

What is wont do is tell you what these codes mean. As these are switch messages, you could help us by giving more information - what switch are you using? in what context are these codes used.

I'll take a guess that asai, is the switch link (something something Application Interface).

Since it's ASAI (Adjunct Switch Application Interface), it means it's an Avaya switch.
All of them are subcodes you can see in messages exchanged on the asai link.
