Title: Genesys Express 4.5 and CCM 5.1. Problem play annoucement and music

Hi
We have installed the next CTI solution:

-Cisco Call Manager 5.1 (CCM)
-Genesys Express 4.5:
 o T-Server (7.5.005.00) for Cisco Call Manager 5.1
 o Stream Manager (7.5.004.02)

The Cisco Call Manager 5.1 have two connections:
-E1
-Trunk to another remote CCM (cisco CORE).

We are testing the solution and everything is ok when the calls are routed for the E1 (this E1 is connected to the cisco gateway 3845), in this case the locutions (annoucement and music) are heared correctly.
But, when the calls are routed through a trunk that is connected to another remote CCM (cisco CORE) is impossible to hear the same locutions in the same strategy.

We have upgraded to the versions

- TServer CCM, Windows platform - 7.5.005.05
- Stream Manager, Windows platform - 7.5.006.03

But the problem still occurs.

Could you tell us which the problem is? Do you have any reference about this problem?
