Title: ExcludeAgents function....
Post by: S on January 16, 2009, 08:28:42 PM
Did anyone have luck using the ExcludeAgents function in IRD?
I tried it, it lists the agents to exclude from the target , but weirdly it targets that excluded agent...

Anyone tried to use it before? plz let me know

Hi,

Yes, I had. I have just tested it again - and it work fine.
There is one tip - put the EmployeeID instead of LoginID.

Thank you René.

I was getting a list of agents to exclude by function "GetSkillInGroup"

The list was Agent01@SS_Routing.A,Agent02@SS_Routing.A etc

I've only had to remove "@SS_Routing.A" to make it work with function ExcludeAgents

So it's Ok now
