I need to custom call result value for compatible with User in the preview mode. Anyone can help me?

Hi, Prapong,
in general, you should not have any problem with using a custom call result value. Where are you trying to use it? For Infomart reporting or something else? Or do you just want this value to show up in your call list?

Dear Vic
I'm trying to use in OCM for query customize report. Because in my project , We maping the business reason code and outbound genesys enumuration value code together. What do you think Vic ?
