Title: T-Server without PBX (switch)
Post by: HGinc on January 21, 2009, 09:03:45 PM
Hi, nice to meet you all ;D

My company is using Voice Platform SDK to integrate our software with Genesys T-Server. (I am in the process of installing T-Server for testing purposes)
I am wondering if T-Server can generate CTI events without connecting to a PBX. Or do I have to configure our PBX to talk to the T-Server?

Thank you,
Alex

You can use an emulator, ask for it to your sales guy

Ideally, try using an emulator as Cav has replied eariler. But if you really want to get your hands dirty, configure the T-server to talk to the PBX to get a real life situation hang on CTI events.

Thanks to both for the replies.
In the SDK which we purchased from Genesys, I found a simulator called Gplus Simulator Toolkit. Is this what you are referring to?
