Hmmmm.... yes - and no...

It depends on whether you believe you have installed the Brio/Hyperion Broadcast Server correctly - or if it is a more simple issue of setting up a Brio Report against a particular time of day on the Job List...?

Could you be a bit more specific, please?

Tony

V6.6!! It's rather out-of-date. I think Hyperion is on Version 10 (maybe higher) and Genesys have supplied v8.x for quite a few years.

V6.6 is quite old - but that should not mean that it does not work... ;)

OK - if complete_status is null then the job itself has a problem executing.  As a start point, can you please provide;

Screenshot of the Job List, showing the Job that is not completing.
Screenshots of the Job elements, from the Job List.  This should include the export file types, etc.
Screenshots of the Broadcast Server settings/components in use for your Job. This could be the User, Network Locations/Printer, etc.
Screenshots of the .oce being used for the .bqy file.

Next steps would be to look at the Report itself, the .oce and the Broadcast Server settings.

Thanks;

First note for the parts I have seen - there are no File Locations on the Brio Broadcast Server Preferences.  You need to pre-define the File Locations that you want to use in your Jobs, in order for you to be able to Output to the specified (Network) File Location.  In the Broadcast Server Administrator, Under Public>Directories, you need to add the locations (File Path) of all of the File Folders which you want to use on your Document Job Preferences, otherwise the Broadcast Server will not know where to Output the reports within your Job List...

We also need to look at;

1. The rest of the options for the Server Preferences.  You have shown Tab 1 - there are 4 other Tabs that we need to check.
2. The Job Preferences, taken from the .BQY file - it looks a bit like the preferences for the Server (as above) but it will also show the file type for output (Brio, Excel, etc.), etc.

I hope this is easily understandable and helps, so far...?

Tony
