Title: Call concentrator 7 options
Post by: Ansh on January 29, 2009, 09:22:34 AM
Hi,

Please help me out with the 3 undocumented options(UseCfgDNType, IgnoreRoutingPoints and IgnoreVRP). I have read these in the genesys document but i am totally confused on them.

When i set IgnoreRoutingPoints option to ON, i am not getting any information on my routing point involved in the call. The result is same in both cases of UseCFGDNType=On/Off,but as per the document it should impact the IgnoreRoutingPoint option results.

I was hoping to see the routing point atlease in my AREC table as this option IgnoreRoutingPoints= on makes call conn treat routing point as it treats a VQ and doesn't records any TServer events in the route point.

Please help me out.

Thanks,
Ansh

According to CallConcentrator 7.x Deployment Guide :

IgnoreRoutingPoints
Default Value: off
Valid Value: Boolean
Dependencies: None
Dynamic Change: No
When set to on, causes Call Concentrator to ignore all events relating to
routing points.
Note: This option is designed to handle special supplementary routing points
on DMS switches. Otherwise, it should be set to off (default).

So do you have DMS switch and supplementary routing points ??
