Title: Outbound Contact : Voice Transfer Destination (VTD) and multisite
Post by: FlashOX on February 03, 2009, 03:22:35 PM
Hi all,

First of all, thanks for this amazing forum and all the answers I found here!

We are using Outbound in preview mode. There are several campaigns running but only one campaign group that process the records of the campaigns (one campaign by one).

The campaing group is a VAG and the members of this VAG can be located in different sites (different switches).

In CME, I can't understand how it is possible to set a unique VTD (a DN from 1 switch) for this campaign group dispatched on differents sites - different switches.

Does it work if I use one DN from any of the switches ? If it will not, how can I deal with that ? Create N VAGs with N VTD for N switches (it means creating new skills :-() ?

Thanks by advance for your help!

Hi,

VTD is important when you have progressive or predictive, in your case OCS doesn't have to do much with it - it is only for complit configuration.
If you want to run in progressive - then it would be important that you split groups or use multisite configuration.
