Title: 3rd Party Monitoring Tools

What are your favourite 3rd party monitoring tools for monitoring the Genesys Framework and associated applications. SCI is such a poor app for this job.

BMC Patrol, at the moment but that depends on your log levels, since it does not interact directly with any Genesys component or layer...

There are, of course, other products out there (I feel like a BBC announcer, now... :) )

I know of an implementation that uses Nagios, which I believe is open source.
