Hi colleagues
I'm trying to integrate an Ericsson MD110 with ERS 7.1.
Now, calls are only routed to ACD Queues. No skill routing.
I need to route calls based on skill and service level.
Do someone have experience in this kind of scenario? Any recomendation or whatever?
