CC:factory is expanding its UK office with an IVR / Genesys position.
[b]About CC:factory[/b]
CC:factory is a leading Danish Contact Centre Solutions Provider, offering a range of
services and technologies to contact centres across Northern Europe.
At the core of hour business are our hosting solutions - we offer both hosted IVR’s, where
we are the biggest provider in Scandinavia with 20 million call minutes per year, and
hosted and premise Genesys and Verint solutions to, mainly but not exclusively, contact
centres.
To support our solutions, we also have a range of own products, here-under CC:manager,
a web interface to manage Genesys objects and routing strategies, voice recording, IVRs
and online surveys.
We have recently set up an office in London to support our growing UK customer base.
[b]The Position[/b]
We are looking for a full time member of staff who can support primarily our IVR
solutions, both maintaining existing customers and working on new projects. Our new
colleague must also have Genesys knowledge, and experience from working within the
contact centre industry.
The position will be mainly office based, with some travel to customer sites in the UK and
internationally.
The sooner you can start the better.
[b]The Person[/b]
You will be a self starter, used to taking responsibility for deliverables, and able to
prioritize between tasks. You can work both independently and as a part of an
international team.
You have a good knowledge of IVRs, both technically and from a user perspective, and, at
least, a basic knowledge of CTI / Genesys - the more the better.
If you also have some skills in application development and PHP it would be great.
Foreign languages is a plus, but our working language is English.
In general, we offer a good working environment, with 25 days annual leave, and very
