Title: Persons Format Incorrect.. How to Change?

I've noticed a discrepancy in the objects pane of one of the users i support.

Her Persons format is showing up incorrect.

Typically the format for one of our agents is the following:

JS1234, Schmoe, Joe

Hers is showing up JS1234, %L, %F

I'm pretty sure this is an easy registry change but it's been so long since i've made it that I've forgotten.  Can someone assist with the answer?  Be as specific as possible as it's been a while since I've done any registry work.

You will find this in the CCPulse guide, basically is regedit>HK_CURRENT_USER>Software>GCTI>callcenter>Custom Definition

Thanks.. not sure i have access to the user guide.  Unless of course it's on here which wouldn't surprise me  ;D

So once i'm in the correct RegEdit location what should the FormatAgentInfo file be set at?  I assume it should just match mine as %n - %F.%l

As you want to show...the default is agent_number <> Lastname full, initial of first name. However you can change the order on any way you want.
