Title: AttributeThisTrunk=0
Post by: HGinc on February 10, 2009, 08:40:59 PM
Hi all,

I have a Gplus Genesys Simulator plugged into a T-Server.
I configured the Simulator to use 8 trunks and the trunk number starts with 21.
So 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28 is the list of trunks.

When I run an outgoing call through the simulator, the simulator shows trunk 21 is in use ( the icon of trunk 21 changes from green to purple )
However, the CTI messages in the T-Server log shows "AttributeThisTrunk=0"

The next outgoing call I run shows trunk 22 is in use while the T-Server logs AttributeThisTrunk=1
I have manually created trunk 21~28 to configuration manager (switches->switch_simulator->DNs), and it is still giving me the same problem.

Does anyone have an idea on what I did wrong?
Another question, is 0 a valid trunk number?

Thank you

Which T-Server version and kind of switch are you using?
