Title: CCA installation documents

Any one have documents to configure and install CCA ?

As I am stuckked to do this in our new implementation.[attachurl=#]

You can only get those documents from Genesys support site.

Of course you need to have a valid access

for creating application objet of stat server for CCA which stat server template i need to import
  is it a same template which we use?
  do i need to change type of stat server?

It is the reporting statserver, the one used for statistical reports on CCPulse.
