Is there any documentation is available to see Siebel CTI/ Genesys integration?
I am looking for some info very quickly... pls help me. Thanks.

You can find information in "Gplus for Siebel Deployment Guide" or "Gplus for Siebel User's Guide".

What kind of information are you looking for?

I am looking for info like how to do screen pop when an agent answers call using softphone.

Not sure I do understand you... What screen pop you're talking about? Gplus for Siebel brings CTI toolbar to Siebel client so agent can control phone using this toolbar. When a new call comes the action is determined by configuration on Siebel side.

It's possible to customize action that is fired on EventEstablished but that is job for Siebel expert not for Genesys one.
