Our WFM area received this error recently while building schedules in the WFM. The call center doesn't have 30 shifts for these agents. Deleting non used shifts is near impossible in WFM. What order should I look for the 29 shift limit on v7.5? I only find 20 shifts were using in rotating patterns for the Agents in these activities.
Any help would be appreciated,

Shifts (like everything else in WFM) can only be removed if nothing is using them. So you need to ensure that they are not assigned to Employment Types (WFM 6.5) or Contracts (7.x) or Rotations.
