Hi All,
How can I avoid (or can I at all?), when the agent is in an inbound call ("CallInbound" state), the OCS doesn't try to push a record to the agent - only if when the agent is in a "Waitfornextcall" state?

I haven't tried it but it should be possible using Agent Capacity Rules as push preview is special media type ("outboundpreview").
