Hi All
I have problem about the status of CPD Port. Everytime i restart the dialogic board (JCT/600) the status shows as off-Hook. Then CPD was start and make call to customer , i got a the error like a 'port is not on-hook' in the CPD logfiles. So OCM Calling List will show the result as "Dial Error" and When CPD make call from same port again the CPD and make call to another customer with the real call result. It happen like this at the first call each port everytime dialogic was restarted. So i need someone help me solve this problem. This is urgently issue on production. Any one have an idea to share this problem ?

That's a strange one.
My first reaction would be to check the line-side options in CPD Server (or it might be the isdn section). Check that your off / on hook settings are correct.
Also, do the channels show as off hook if you start the dialogic board without CPD server running, or only after you start it?
Have you logged a ticket with Genesys?

'line-side' is a section in the options of your CPD Server.
You need to check the settings.
They should look something like this:
off-hook-bit-mask = a-on;b-on;
on-hook-bit-mask = a-off;b-on;
rcv-idle-bit-mask = a-off;b-on;
snd-idle-bit-mask = a-off;b-on;
This is all in the Outbound Deployment guide for Outbound, page 233 of the 7.6 manual.
You may also need to refer to the section on configuring dialogic cards.
Since your issue is only present just after restarting the dialogic board I would avoid doing that for the time being. Provided it doesn't restart there shouldn't be any issues.

Look at your data folder under dialogic and there is a FCD and PCD file. Not sure which on it is but look for where it states the B channel state at startup.
