Hi,
      Is there any mandatory services that should be running in the webserver ... !! ??

earlier we had VOIP_SIP_Main service running in that... when we changed the server i.e., newly configured. we didnot find any service running in webserver... How can this possible & wont it effect the calling ........... ??????????????? !!

Hi.. Can someone tell me abt this....... we had a service VOIP_Main_Sm running in webserver  (IIS).. but now it's not......and nnow wat we hav is..... like the image attaced here.........

Yeah.... we had a service voip_Sm_main running in the Webserver... recently there was a crash and genesys team.. reconfigured all the applications ( thin client & IIS ) ... and now we find no services running in it and the status in SCI shows down...as attached in the file......... 

      my question is .. does no services need to run in Webserver, how can it stand alone...without any interacting service running over it except IIS... & .net framework.. !!
