Title: No CRV available
Post by: Scottyjohn on February 25, 2009, 11:25:32 AM
Hi all,
Can anyone explain this error we are getting in T-Server logs?  Is this an issue with the Avaya PBX or is this to do with Genesys DN registration?

Which ASAI link and T-Server versions are you running?
CRV stands for Call Reference Value and is used between the switch and T-Server to track events; I saw some old T-Server releases which did not "free" CRVs so that they run out of them.

Yes it would be odd to run out of CRV values...

There is a setting on Avaya that specifies the "size" (number of bytes I believe) of the CRV -- I can't recall the exact setting.. so maybe its not set right

in Avaya, a ASAI type extension should be defined for DLG link
Besides, COR/COS values, couple BRI options must be set correctly
      TEI = 3
      CRV Length = 2
