Hi,
We are getting stats for the queue eg number of call ans, abn etc but not for the users that answered the calls.
Where should i be looking?

Is this real-time (CCPulse) or historical (CCA/Infomart) stats?

Thankyou for the fast reply. I found that the route point was not setup correct.

No problem - there are some that subscribe to the theory that if you do nothing, the problem may well right itself...
I'm not one of those theorists, though!

It could be stats being displayed in GAD.....

Pavel - I bet one day they're going to have educationally-streamed supermarkets and you're going to need, like, 5 A-Levels or something to buy a loaf of bread. ...And you're gonna starve...
