Title: GVP AutoLogin Feature
Post by: Earil on February 27, 2009, 01:21:10 PM
Hi all,

I've got some troubles trying to make the autologin working.
I've followed all the guides I could find.

- I've set up the AutoLogin section in the annex of one IVR Port (including "AgentID", "SetLoggedin" and "SetReady" options)
- I have created the agent login, the place, the person

Everything seems to be ok, but in the IVR Server log file:
13:33:17.671 Trc 28001 CMEManager::RebuildMaps() - AutoLogin information for IVR:'GVP' port:'2001' invalid (ignored)

Looks like something is missing somewhere.

Has anyone some advice?

Thanks.

PS : Framework 7.6, SIP Server 7.6, GVP 7.5
PS[sup]2[/sup] : when I try to log the agent using the ActiveX Desktop Toolkit, it's working perfectly.

I know it may be redudant, but can you please:
1. add GVPs start log (I want to see the rest of the options)

It is something really silly like forgetting the right option, but since it is way too many of them, it would just make my life easier if I could have it in front of me, instead of trying to guess it :)

Hi,

I'm adding the full starting log of the IVR T-Server.
Thanks for looking at it.
If you need more log files, just tell me.

Have you seen that?

10:59:56.328 Trc 28001 DNRegistrationMap: DNs requiring registration
<Switch -> DN1 DN2 ...>
  SIPSwitch -> 2003 2004 2001 2005 2002
10:59:56.328 Trc 28001 LoginMap: No agent logins configured

and the EventLinkConnected is received after the DNs mapping..

My 2 cents. But Mr Victor will address this issue much better than I did  ;D

Interesting indeed ...
And that's strange because I do have some AgentLogins configured on the SIP Server.
