Nice work Cav, in our environment we have a team of PBX engineers who do all this stuff for us but if I'm ever stuck and need a new RSI I know where to look.

I don't know anything about the RSI switch, but I thought video was great.  This is a really good idea.

Not only to create but understand how this works so you can argue later on this issue :)
