I have to integrate Siebel With maybe with  Genesys . I haven 't found any documentations. SO It will help me if someone can give some doc to read

I would recommend you to contact your Genesys sales rep and ask him/her for the documentation. Sharing Genesys documentation here isn't allowed as it is copyrighted material.
