Hello ;D
Can someone please share a default cti phone testing template? I need to test new phone we are receiving from vendor, independent of what vendor is telling me and it would help me very much to have a base to start from.
Please do not flame me if I am asking something that is Genesys copyrighted. Some of you may make money on writing these templates for clients. If you do not want to share please don't, but please do not be outraged by my question. :-[ I just want to ensure I do my job to the best of my abilities.
