Title: Datasourcer didn't collect data
Post by: lekie on March 11, 2009, 04:02:39 PM
Dear All,

I've found the problem about datasourcer.
In DMA, there are many layout such as Agent, AgentGroup, RoutingPoint.
I've found the problem when I create the new AgentGroup or edit the AgentGroup.
In DMA, all AgentGroup Layout won't transfer data to Datamart and othere Layout they are tranaffed data but they didn't delete data from ODS.
So, I just deactive and active on AgentGroup Layout and restart ODS that is my work around.

What log file i shoud get it datasourcer and etl  right?
Have some one use to face like this problem?

Thank you in advance,
Lek

Hi, SHOULD review etl_runtime logs

can u post a piece of log?

i guess about problem

MAYBE, if u create a new layout u name some parameter/statistic with the same name of a old statistic. There is a DMA client version that can fix it if reinstall it also thsi client prevent make the same mistake again.

u should look 2 the rigth the DMA version, i GUESS IS THE 7.2.003.

REMEMBER VALIDATE ALL BEFORE DOING ANYTHING!

It seems you are experiencing some issues on the connection with the database:

I/O Error: Connection reset by peer: socket write error

The user you are using has permissions to update on the DB?
