help.

i was told to learn about solutions provided by Genesys, and the more i read the more confusing it gets.

can somebody explain to me in layman's terms what Genesys is and why do i need attached data?

TServer is the I in CTI. It bridges the telephone and computer architectures to provide screen pops to agent desktops.
