Hi
In CCPulse - Can the thresholds act based on the attached data.
Example -
1> The agents are multiskilled and can cater to skills like Language_Type=English, Language_type=Spainish and Language_type=French. I am using Language_type as one of the attached data.
2> In CCPulse I have statistic which collects the current state of the Agents. (note for 'CurrentAgentstate' we don't have filter option enabled )
3> I want to set threshold based upon - if
current agent state = call Inbound for more than 30 secs if the call is English turn RED
current agent state = call Inbound for more than 40 secs if the call is Spanish turn RED
current agent state = call Inbound for more than 50 secs if the call is French turn RED
I am not able to set thresholds differently for different languages as the statistic "AgentState" can't be segmented based on the filter.
Any alternatives available??
