Title: Siebel Toolbar getting greyed out while Agents Logged in.

Hi,
    Siebel Toolbar is getting greyed out when agents are logged in. Can somebody help on the root cause/solution for this? This is urgent. Please help!

second time this question is asked I believe, check Tserver logs and GPlus logs. More probably is that it lost connection to TServer
