Which TServer are you using, Symposium? If this is the case, the TApplyTreatment is not supported, you can check the functionalities in your TServer guide.

You have to leave Genesys enviroment for this, meaning will have to route the call to a CDN, play the prompt here and then return to Genesys, if the user hangs up while in CDN world you will not be able to match statistics.

any thoughts ? need some help on the below description. pls let me know of any thoughts

You have a GVP, right? If so then why not handle all options inside GVP? Mean, build all your menu, guides, routing and attachs in GVP and then when user choose 1, 2, 3... and you play the final VGuide then you return to URS?

Ok,
first of all we established that PlayTreatment is not supported:

Ok, let's go step by step:
1. input digits: are you using RAN or are you using GVP?
2. the fastest way to take care of your problem if you are using RAN is to just attach data to where you want the call to be EVENTUALLY forwarded to, forward it to another CDN where you would just play the announcement and then forward it to the strategy which would look at the attached data and send the call to the agent based on the attached data.
I find it a bit ironic how you want to apply a treatment to your "HIV" attach data... :) Plus, why or why would GLAXO still use Nortel???
