Title: oracle contact centre anywhere

Evening all.

Anyone have any experience with oracle's contact centre anywhere?
Would be interested in how you think the product sits against something like genesys and also if its any good.

Don't worry, im not about to rip out genesys somewhere and place it with this product, a friend is asking for info on it and i've never come across it before!

Hum, twice in a week can't be coincidence. We are also implementing a solution againt this and Genesys won by features and all. We did a live demo to customer and he was amazed with Genesys and said that Oracle was not even near in basic features...

unfortunately these people are putting it in, so just need some general info really.
is it any good?
Don't think these people really want to goto the expense of genesys really

Do you have a product comparison between Genesys and the Oracle Product?  What features did your customer want/need that Oracle did not have?
