Hi all,
What is the meaning of "Number of ASR Samples" in IVR Profile provisionning.
I do not understand what documentation says about it.
Perhaps I lack a bit of knowledge about ASR.

Hi Gui75,
This is the number of speech recognition samples you want to capture. Basically what the caller spoke and corresponding logs. The caller utterances will be saved and can be used to weigh the performance of your speech recognition engine to tune-up(or down >:D) the performance(grammars, recognition parameters etc). My suggestion would be to consult your speech recognition expert if you have one. Your speech vendor might provide tools with customizable settings to analyze these logs (Nuance provides a portal I believe but not sure).
