Hi All,
We have 4 VTS(virtual Tservers) running in Primary mode and 4 VTS running as their backup.Corresponding to each VTS we have a primary and backup IVR server (is_xxxxxx) .When I am stopping the primary VTS the backup are not coming up on its own .The backup vts goes to Service unavailable status.
The VTS are running InFront mode ,Warm Stand By and the version of VTS is 7.5.016.02.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Harsh

What is a Virtual TServer?
-
VTS is a part of IServer. Iserver is the Genesys componenet which is used by an IVR (Interactive voice response system or Voice guided subsytem) to interface with Genesys environment .When IVR want to transfer a call to an agent the request is first sent to the IServer which is a combination of IVR Server and a Virtual TServer. This Virtual TServer send a EventRouteRequest to the URS to determine the best site where the call should be transferred.
Thanks
