I believe I understand the CTI one but would this predicate the second one? Or from a purely impericle view they would be un related. Any detail would be appreciated, i.e, first error is generated because of the second error, or first error is loss of TServer connectivity to the platform and the second is merely a CTI channel error.... any insight woud be appreciated.

You are right when you say that the 1st error is generate because of the 2nd one. When the CTI link connection is lost by the T-server, it usually triggers all the processes dependent on the information monitored/collected by the T-server, in this case the CCPulse Stat Server which is a dependent process on the T-server to monitor the environment.
