When we request a callack from the Genesys example web pages we get an "Operation succesfully done" message, and the request is stored in the database. But when the callback server is trying to route the request, it gets an error: "Could not create call for routing".
Additionally it gets a lot of IDispatch errors #3092, generally when it is looking for a previous request with the same start date and customer phone number.
Why is this happening? Is the IDispatch error normal?
We are using Genesys Internet Suite 6.0.

From what i know, ICC6.0 is not very stable, still buggy.
if you really need to implement the ICC and you cannot wait,
try ICC6.1, if not go for ICC6.5
