Title: Same DN for both chat & voice

Hi,
Is it possible to have the same DN for both voice & chat? If yes how to configure that. Kindly help ....

As far as I know you can't.  Voice and chat would have to be configured (and licensed) as 2 separate seats/positions.

HI,

I think it depends from the version you have. The newest Multimedia (from 7.5??)does not require any dn for its channels. You need to have just the capacity rules configured.
